岗位职责
1. New product introduction for flexible busbar. 柔性母排的新产品引进
2. Development manufacturing process and define the parameters for each process. 开发制造过程并定义每个过程的参数。
3. Tooling and fixture design and verification. 工装夹具的设计和验证
4. Statistics and estimation of process time and material usage. 统计或预估工艺时间和材料使用
5. Build and maintain Router and BOM. 建立和维护工艺路线和BOM.
6. Compile process documents (PFMEA, WI…). 编制过程文件（PFMEA、WI…）
7. Prototype manufacturing. 样品制造
8. Process optimization and improvement. 优化和改进流程
9. Daily problem-solving on the production line. 解决产线的日常问题
经验及所需技能
1. Over 5 years tech roles in flexible busbar manufacturing. Familiar with flexible busbar related manufacturing process. 在柔性母排制造领域担任5年以上技术职务。熟悉柔性母排的相关制造工艺。
Include: Foil cutting and foil stamping. / 金属切割和冲压。
Diffusion welding. / 扩散焊接。
Resistance welding. / 电阻焊接
Experience in flexible busbar prototype manufacturing. / 柔性母排样品制造经验。
2. Familiar with MS offices application. 熟练使用办公软件
3. Able to understand English drawings and emails. 能够读懂英文图纸和邮件
Familiar with 2D and 3D design software (Auto CAD and NX are Preferred). 熟悉二维和三维设计软件（Auto CAD和NX优先）
4. Strong hands-on ability and experience in on-site problem-solving.较强的实际操作能力和现场解决问题的经验
5. Having experience in automotive product development is preferred. 有汽车产品开发经验者优先
6. Having experience in other types of busbars is preferred. 有其他类型母线经验者优先
