一、Job Description:
1、Selling our existing solutions and services locally:
· Need to sell to our existing solutions to local customers. This includes:
· Existing Gondola, Wallbay, Table Top VM, Dummy and seasonal decoration if any；
· All the services associated to those products, including design, logistics, installation and maintenance update;
2、Objectives:
· 0.5 million $ the *** year ;
· Entry of 3 new customers or brands reactivated the *** year ;
3、Develop new long term customers portfolio:
· Local subsidiaries of our international customers / players of the key groups；
· Local brands in cosmetics and other new type of luxury brands (such as Watch Industry, Alcohol Industry, Fashion, etc.)；
· Travel Retail ；
4、Coordinate orders:
· Work on quotations and proposal with relevant project management team ;
· Confirm orders and take lead in project status communication wtih customers ；
· Follow up Project status and Purchase Order Numbers and payments；
5、You will also need to Get the knowledge of the local market and present report out periodically：
· Customer spending pool;
· Customer decision organization;
· Brands mapping and positioning；
· Competition on Service, Response, Innovation, Pricing
6、Develop sales and prospection reporting tools:
· Update prospection and customers contact lists ；
· Weekly report of planning and customer meeting；
· Develop actions plan and new capability to fulfill unmet customer needs；
7、Team work and Cross working with other BU within Diam Group:
· Share best practice, contact and market info. across BUS
二、Qualification&Skills:
You are independent with an entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to foster excellent relationships with your clients. Organized, you pay attention to details and you adhere to strict work ethics. You are comfortable working the team and very client focused. You have basic technical knowledge to discuss with project team and client.
- At least Bachelor degree or higher.
- Native or fluent English.
- At ease in multicultural environment
- Ideally with an experience in Display/Shopfittting industry for luxury goods - Basic management experience and leadership skill
