1.Maintain customer request – order, forecast ,delivery & invoice; 维护客户需求- 订单,预测,发货以及开票 2.SAP input and management for related requirement; 根据相关需求维护SAP系统。 3.Shipment tracking , payment tracking 发货跟踪以及付款跟踪 4.Communicate with Sales team for daily work; 对于日常的工作及时与销售团队沟通。 5.Generating SAP report – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually etc base upon sales requirement; 根据销售需求维护日常的SAP报表- 周报,月报,季报以及年度报表 6.Managing the stock information vs existing forecast , orders; 维护库存信息与现有预测及订单的比较。
Requirement: 1.Be familiar with SAP system. 熟悉SAP系统 2.Good communication in English. 英语沟通良好 3.Have customer service experience. 客服工作经验。
