Essential Responsibilities: - Carrying out studies of the parts behaviour in the transforming process in order to achieve higher productivities, within the required quality levels, paying special attention to parts with problems in production so as to reduce the level of rejections in the shortest possible time. - Providing the Injection group leaders and line technicians with technical support. - Coordinating the resolution of incidences that might arise, reporting to the corresponding Department or Responsible Person. - Collaborating in the quotation phase with engineering, drawing up the costs in the industrialization processes. - Collaborating with the product engineer in the design and industrialization of the mould - Taking responsibility from the implementation perspective for the industrializacion processes abroad up to their start-up. - Taking responsibility for the drawing-up of the documentation (amfe, process sheets,) as well as its update. - Carrying out the proposal of equipments for part finishing (purchasing elements to be mounted,) - Taking responsibility for the definition of packaging for each part, as well as their required documentation. - Participating in the cost-benefit analysis of a mould modification - Specifying the times for the finishing and mounting operations. - Complying with the management systems policy, either in terms of quality, environmental aspects or that related to prevention, occupational health and safety specified by the corresponding legislation. - Taking part in the improvement activities of the working processes organization where his/her collaboration is required.
Qualifications: Excellent systems knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Access, SAP and other functionality. Excellent Analytical Abilities (Extensive spreadsheet analysis experience). Detail oriented. Extremely accurate and self-motivated. Ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams. Strong and effective communication and documentation skills. English and Chinese fluent speaker. Manufacturing industry experience is an asset.
Education & Experience: College Degree required. Automotive industrial work experience is preferred. Extensive background in process analytical includes PFMA, SPC, 8D and TAKT time;
