General: 1. Draft and maintain documentation related to production engineering according to Automotive Standards. (Such as Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control plans, Work Instructions, Inspection plan, and other Technical Specifications). 2. Initial quality assurance plan for new variants if needed. 3. Make capability studies such as PTR "Production test runs". 4. Create and maintain BOM in ERP system. 5. Control and optimize process in order to improve the production efficiency (first time pass,etc.), quality (scrap rates,etc.) and safety, to meet customer (internal and external) requirements. 6. Analyze the production data to solve the daily production problem to make sure line running smoothly. 7. Order the Engineer Change and work with cross-function team to complete the tasks accordingly. 8. Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualification: 1. College degree or above, at least 3 years experiences from the automotive industry or other high volume assembly production. 2. Be familiar with automatic / manual product assembly process. 3. Knowledge in TS16949, be familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, and other production documents, 4. Good written and spoken English. 5. Knowledge of ERP system. (Plus) 6. Knowledge of plastic ultrasonic weld, screwdriver and leakage tester. (Plus)
