Key Responsibilities： 1. Coordinate and lead the new product launch activities with cross function team. 2. Ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements based on agreed technical specification, and plant deliverables meet with project milestones requirement. 3. Take the lead to setup and conduct production strategy, including capacity plan, resource plan, quality plan, PPAP plan, etc., ensure the production system can be ready in time with required performance. 4. Setup and conduct Standard Launch Process, conduct regular launch readiness review and report to ensure progress is maintained according to project plan. 5. Responsible for launch timing plan, cost control and potential investment application in industrialization project. 6. Ensure effective internal communication and keep good communicating with program manager and other functions related, e.g. quality, manufacturing, production, design, HR, logistics, equipment, etc. 7. Organize OTS sample building and delivery, PPAP activities, SOP and ramp up. 8. Responsible for lessons learned collection, sorting and sharing, establish lessons learned database of launch.
