Job description: This position is responsible for internal SHW customer complaint; 1.Responsible for the response and resolution of customer complaints and complaint quality problems, and the preparation and submission of relevant 8D reports. 2. Regular sharing and management of internal factory bad information. 3. Collect and analyze customer quality feedback information, feedback internal quality, production site or suppliers for improvement. 4. Collected and counted the number of customer complaints, PPM and other KPI indicators, prepared and submitted monthly customer quality reports. 5. Established customer communication list, customer complaint list and quality feedback list, and led the team to make improvement according to the list to ensure that repeated problems would not occur. 6. Find the deviation and anomaly of process quality, and notify the QE and production department to prevent and correct it in advance. 7. Manage customer-related change processing and tracking to ensure that there are no change-related customer complaints 8.Support with the internal customers APQP process. 9. Follow SHW'S procedure; 10. Other cases assigned by leader; Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related. 2. At least 3 years customer quality engineer working experience in automotive industry. 3. English is a must, good spoken and written in English . 4. Good knowledge of IATF16949, 8D, problem solving, quality tools. etc. 5. Good knowledge of customer’s requirement. 6. Good organization, communication and coordination skills.
