Main Responsibilities: Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position area: ? Co-ordinate customer relationships with customer’s quality department, continue improve customer satisfaction ? Organize customer PSA, APQP, annual audit visit, follow up improvement plan until close, validate the effectiveness of action plan ? Analyze, negotiate and ensure achievement of Quality target agreement with customer. ? Responsible for new project quality management and preparing and review APQP, PPAP documents at different development phase, such as control plan, inspection instruction, SPC, MSA etc. ? Responsible for the quality gate review during the new project development phases. ? Handle customer complaint, provide 8D report and fast response to customer. ? Analyze and continue to improve product quality to reduce customer complaint and PPM ? Conduct regular system, process and product audit ? Work related to the quality management of suppliers in projects ? Submit the IMDS or CAMDS to customer. ? Others duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and qualifications required: ? Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electronic engineering or related . ? More than 5 years customer quality engineer working experience of Auto industry Tier1. ? Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA6.3,VDA6.5, APQP PPAP, FMEA ,control plan, SPC,MSA, ,8D etc. ? Direct metal, electronic, experience, familiar with stamping ,injection, machining ,coating manufacturing processes. ? Well understanding of stamping and Injection tooling. ? Good communication, strong goal and result orientation, analytical and problem solving skills. ? Travel can be arranged according to the needs of the job. ? Fluent in English language
