1. To promote GA product portfolio and landing projects with internal & external resource and to define and support of software architecture for innovative automotive interior system
2. Lead & ensure the quality of software development, including setup software project plans, e.g.: timing plan, development plan and configuration plan, etc.
3. Set up the software local databases and configuration management, create baseline/label for a certain release.
4. To lead team member to analyse, generate and maintain software requirements, coach team members in software design and track the progress of all software involved projects and tasks.
5. Develop embedded software following GA process.
6. Develop software module considering hardware interfaces
7. Develop new electronics platform or application of existing electronics platform for different customer projects
8. Perform coding and related static and dynamic tests (unit test and integrated bench test)
9. Make software release and corresponding documents according to each milestone
10. Participant in the day to day system issue analysis and maintenance
11. Drive the project/issues result and co-ordination with other internal or external teams if necessary
12. Provide training and know-how share in the field of software development.
13. Provide necessary support to customer and other departments from software perspective
14. To enforce all quality related activities within responsible team.
15. keep close contact to the customers, suppliers and other departments.
16. To be accountable of the design done in responsible team.
17. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by department manager.
Requirements
Bachelor degree related Electronics Engineering
Experience in the automotive electronics software development more than 5 years
Experience in development respecting A-SPICE and ISO26262.
Experience in team management more than 2 years
Person used to work under pressure and oriented to the fulfillment of deadlines and objectives
Fluid handling of lab instrument: Oscilloscope, Amperimetric Clamp, Tester, ...
