1、负责公司物流服务相关采购（物流配送服务等相关采购），能够提出相应品类采购管理策略，能独立完成招采工作，包括需求沟通、供应商开发、招标、签订合同、验收、评估等相关工作；
2、负责采购工作中的成本管控，能够通过项目管理等技巧达成相关目标，提升综合ROI；
3、负责供应商日常的管理，针对出现的紧急突发状况，能够快速给出解决方案并实施落地；
4、非常熟悉物流行业的特点，能够独立完成市场和竟对调研，并通过自己的分析，为战略性采购策略提供有效解决方案。

Job Description
1. Responsible for the procurement of logistics services related to the company (logistics distribution services and other related procurement), able to propose corresponding category procurement management strategies, and able to independently complete procurement work, including demand communication, supplier development, bidding, contract signing, acceptance, evaluation and other related work;
2. Responsible for cost control in procurement work, able to achieve relevant goals and improve overall ROI through project management and other skills;
3. Responsible for the daily management of suppliers, able to quickly provide solutions and implement them in case of emergency situations;
4. Very familiar with the characteristics of the logistics industry, able to independently conduct market and competition research, and provide effective solutions for strategic procurement strategies through their own analysis.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, with experience in developing freight suppliers preferred;
2. Honesty and integrity, strong desire to learn and drive oneself, and the courage to take on team responsibilities and obligations;
3. Has good organizational and communication skills, learning ability, and a spirit of dedication and hard work;
