Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Make the assessment of feasibility and economy for new project & new parts. 参与评估新项目/新产品开发工艺的可行性、经济性。
2. Responsible for new stamping part(including A&B samples) tool design(define tool life& manufacturing time&standed parts) and cost evaluation. 负责冲压类新产品（含 A&B样冲压件）的模具设计（模具制造周期、设计使用寿命、标准件等提出设计要求）及前期价格评估，
3. Responsible for Design and Trial run of new technology tool such as press-fit pin. 负责设计并测试压入pin 的冲压模具
4. Optimize the existing stamping tool优化现有的冲压模具
5. Train Senior toolmaker for stamping tool design knowledge.
培训高级模修技术员冲压模具设计知识
6. Make the stamping tool design procedure and lesson learn
编制冲压模具设计规范及经验教训
7. New project stamping parts Layout drawings making for RFQ and cost Evaluation. 绘制新项目冲压件排样图及成本评估


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. More than 10 years of experience in stamping tool design. 10年以上的冲压模具设计经验.
2. Be familiar with AUTO CAD and 3D software熟练使用CAD 及3D 绘图软件
3. Be familiar with high-precision stamping tool design issues 熟悉高精度的连续冲压模具设计中出现问题。
4. Bus-bar design experience 具备相关bus-bar 设计经验
5. Have some knowledge about press-fit pin 了解鱼眼针
6. Responsibility, detail , Best Execution有责任感，细心有耐性、执行力佳
7. Full-time college degree or above with health body and Graduated from Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation 全日制大专以上学历，机械设计制造及自动化专业毕业 ，身心健康
8. Chinese fluent and be able to communication by English 中文流利,具备英文沟通能力
9. Get the knowledge about stamping tool structure and Solve the problem of usage具备冲压模具结构的知识并能解决冲压模具生产中的问题
10.Experience in automotive or electronics related field and enough IATF knowledge 有汽车或电子相关工作经验并熟悉IATF 体系
