1、Conduct Customer complaint/Audit, Work closely with customer representatives and insure that major customer complaints/Audit findings are resolved; 2、ECN Change/Non conformity management, Participate and ensure the product/process change management control; 3、NPI/NPD gating control, Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations; 4、Quality Continuous improvement, Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas. Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action; 5、Be in charge of AE Customer and AE ECU/Lighting Board with Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision making skills; 6、Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers.
二、Requirements: 1、Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic & Mechanical 3 years working experience; 2.、Experience working in industry environment and widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, VDA6.3/6.5 audit; 3、Experience with automotive quality-related activities such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) and FMEA; 4、Out Spoken personality, good interpersonal and team player skills.
