Job description
1 02 Perform tests on customer-supplied products per specified test methods in accordance with all quality and environmental requirements.
按要求的测试方法对客户提供的产品执行相关测试，并满足质量和环境要求。
2 02 Set-up test as per customer specifications and collect, document and maintain test results /observations to ISO 17025 requirements.
按照客户要求进行测试设置，依据ISO17025的要求收集、记录和维护测试结果及观察。
3 02 Verify the calibration of test equipment prior to taking test results.
在测试开始前确认测试设备的校准状态。
4 02 Monitor the status of tests and document this activity in testing logbooks.
监控测试状态，并在测试过程记录表中记录测试过程中的所有活动。
5 02 Review new fixtures for conformance to the test methods and highlight discrepancies to the lead technician.
评审新的测试设备或夹具是否与测试方法一致，并向测试领班汇报任何偏离情况。
6 02 Notify the lead technician of any project conditions or resource issues that may risk test timing, quality or customer satisfaction.
及时通知测试领班任何测试条件或资源的问题，这些问题可能引起的时间问题、质量问题等。
7 02 Identify and report unusual test conditions, broken or out of calibration equipment and procedure violations to the lead technician.
识别并向测试领班汇报任何不正常的测试条件、测试设备的破损或校准失效及程序的违背情况。
8 02 Enter all test data into TAD’s accurately and promptly. Create TIR’s if required to be approved by the lead technician.
准确及时地在测试数据记录表中输入测试数据，根据需要填写测试问题报告，并由测试领班批准。
9 02 Document all test observations, data, incidents, set-ups, verifications accurately and in accordance with all ISO 17025 standards.
依据ISO17025的要求准确地记录所有测试观察、数据、问题、设置以及确认。
1002Trouble shoot and repair fixture problems.

1102Provide direction to other Test Technicians as required.

1202Operate various tools, measurement instrumentation, and test equipment.

1302Maintain lab equipment in a safe, clean, orderly and operational manner.

1) Minimum completion of a high school diploma; Community college diploma from a technical program preferred.
机械工程或工业自动化大专(同等)以上学历
2) Minimum of one year experience in a technical role.

3）Experience as a production line supervisor.

1) Proficient use of personal computer.
