工作职责： 87 Review supplier's mold flow analysis and DFM report, and review mold design plan with supplier. 87 Follow up the progress of new mold development to ensure mold progress and quality. 87 Follow up the mold test and determine the mold process. 87 Analyze and review mold problems and product problems to find solutions. 87 Check the supplier's mold price and negotiate the mold supplier's price. 87 Ensure the smooth transfer of mold into production. 87 Support other departments to solve mould-related problems.
岗位要求： 87 University Degree or at least five (5) years related job experience 87 At least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Components Industry 87 Excellent Engineering and Tooling Knowledge 87 Know how about the main production technologies 87 Solid Plastics Injection Molding experience 87 Advanced Business English 87 Quality Management knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or QS 9000 and Quality Management Core Tools 87 Excellent Computer knowledge CAD software (Pro/E, CATIA/NX,…), MS Office 87 Good communication and strong negotiation ability with customers, suppliers, etc.
