(1) 5+ years experiences with internal high speed cable assembly process and equipment(Server/NB)
(2) Experiences with new assembly line build up.
(3) Experiences with capability for optimizing the failure rate and product cost.
(4) Experiences with strong SI knowledge to solve issue, debug analysis and control quality.
(5) Cooperate with manufacturing department to conduct high quality products.
(6) Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure that products are compliant to all relevant standards and certifications required in the target markets.
