Key responsibilities and competencies: 1. Lead the strategic plan, annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, monthly reporting and analysis. Provide variance analysis and determine cause of change. Scope includes the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. 2. Daily financial operation, monitoring financial status, business performance and cash flow fluctua-tion, timely report operating situation to management team. Responsible for fund security, funds' effective and balanced flow, financial accounting management, receivable and prepaid accounts management, project budget preparation and evaluation. 3. Propose and drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis as well as requisite system re-quirements. 4. Coordinate with the supply chain to develop and manage supply planning and inventory buying. 5. Conduct regular audits of expenditures, assets and liabilities. 6. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationship with Industry and Commerce, Tax Bureau, banking house and other relevant agencies. 7. Responsible for financial team build up and staff training, formulating financial department KPI, maintain relationship cross all departments. 8. Daily finance operation including booking keeping, invoicing, AP, AR compliance with China regula-tion of Tax, take care of annual audit etc.
Required skills, experiences and education: 1, full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance/accounting, desirable experience in for-eign companies; 2, Experience developing financial reports and metrics; 3, Experience in manufacturing, automotive industry and knowledge of production processes; 4, Strong project management skills including the ability to work independently on multiple pro-jects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; 5, 5+ years of management experience, 5+ years controlling experience; 6, Experience of 2-years in SAP Fl and CO; 7, Fluent oral/written English.
