Key Responsibilities 1. The position is Project Quality Engineer (DQE+PQE+CQE). 2. Solution Assessment and Program Validation: Responsible for assessing the feasibility and risk of design concepts and design reviews, including DFMEA and Risk Assessments, monitoring root cause and solution risks. 3. Management Process Audit: Continuously review the TR process, follow up and confirm the identified problem points until the loop is closed, and optimize the process. 4. Quality control: lead the planning and implementation of the core quality control points of the product. 5. Pilot Quality Supervision and Improvement: Supervise the implementation from drawings, documents, incoming materials, *** piece verification, etc., and provide quality feedback and improvement suggestions. 6. Failure Analysis: Statistical analysis and failure analysis of data from design reliability verification, sample qualification, yield monitoring, leading analysis and re-verification process, discussing RCA steps and measures, as well as defining interim measures and CAPA. 7. Testing: definition of system indicators, standardization and standardization of test methods, sample reliability testing, check the content of the report and review of the results. 8. Documentation: customer reports, new product quality document preparation and upgrading, prototype report preparation, etc. 9. Quality Software Management: IT-based management of quality control modules, leading the development of control software, the application of quality software to deal with various types of work.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in communication, electronics, machinery, materials, quality management, etc. 2.1-3 years of quality work experience, familiar with various quality tools and processes, excellent fresh graduates can also be considered. 3. Proactive, strong learning ability and clear thinking. 4. English can be used as working language, fluent in oral and written English.
