Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree, prefer major in Mechanical;
61 Experience in supplier quality management, auditing, and problem-solving;
61 At least 3 years working experience.

Preferred Skills:
61 Familiarity with ISO standards and quality certifications.
61 Proficient in spoken and written English.
61 Strong understanding of internal and supplier auditing, process validation, metrology, and inspection equipment, familiar with VDA 6.3 is better
61 Strong understanding of metal part manufacturing processes : Stamping, cutting, painting , etc

Responsibilities：
1. New Supplier Development
Evaluate potential suppliers and assess their capabilities
Ensure that new suppliers meet quality requirements
2. Qualify New Part
Follow APQP process to develop new parts with supplier
Check the FAI/Pilot in supplier side, and follow up improvement if needed
PPAP new parts
3. Supplier Quality Management
Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards and performance metrics
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systems
Monitor supplier performance and address any quality issues promptly
4. Quality Continuous Improvement
Lead the quality problem solving in supplier side to increase the customer satisfaction
Improve the capabilities of suppliers by Lean production, error proof management, etc.
5. Others Supporting
Support activity: cost saving , CTQ standard, Mock up validation , etc
Support global tribe quality activity
