Highly visible Supply Chain Responsible that will oversee the Demand/Supply Planning/MPS/Raw Material Planning/Inventory/Age/Service levels and related with SOP and NPI product sales and customer service support. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Planning Team Set-up & Development: 1.1. “0” to “1” team set-up, talent acquisition, grow and develop individuals through effective coaching and quality mentoring. 1.2. Formulate the way of working of Supply Chain Department with internal stake holders such as Sales, Industrialization, Production, Purchasing, etc. 2. Manage Service Levels: 2.1. Handle all major operational issues to ensure physical execution within agreed service levels and achieve the OTIF(Customer/Supplier) targets as set out by the company. 3. Cost Optimisation & Reduction: 3.1. Develops plans / initiatives to reduce overall Supply Chain costs. 3.2. Develops plans regarding logistic activities and processes based on the analysis of annual turnover. 4. Planning Management: 4.1. Demand planning management, customer FC model and risk analysis, customer order management with EDI. 4.2. Production Capacity Management, develop production plans for the site/s including staffing & processes (MPS) into daily sequencing and execution. 4.3. Raw material planning from MRP result, track and trace incoming material order to assure the material readiness to ensure the continuous supply according to production need. 4.4. Inventory Planning including raw material, WIP and finish goods inventory management (turn rate, aged, DOH, safety stock, distribution), gap analysis with deviation and PDCA cycle. 4.5. SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operation Planning) process owner, facilitating the sub-procedure and main procedure. 5. Warehouse and Distribution Management: 5.1. assure the material inbound & finish goods outbound daily operation fulfil both internal and external needs. 5.2. Optimises the logistic flow (goods receiving, goods pick up, storage) and physical storage system in the warehouse. 5.3. Align with shipment resource with logistic forwarder to assure the OTIF from customer. 6. System Management 6.1. ERP daily management with operation running, workflow handling with errors and bias, master data regular house cleaning. Key user supporting to other function if needed. 6.2. Other Supply Chain related system function management (EDI, portal, etc..), data warehouse and report management. 7. Collaboration: & Relationship Building: 7.1. Coordinates, challenge with Sales and Production departments and with the technical services department and discusses relevant challenges. 7.2. Proactively facilitate and recommended re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional areas (Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT). 7.3. Corresponds, consults, and coordinates with suppliers and shippers about logistic matters. 7.4. Works with other departments to identify SKU rationalisation / de-list opportunities. 7.5. Collaborate with function leads to ensure improved execution. 8. Target and KPI: 8.1. Target setting with Supply Chain related KPI Scorecard, keep up Continuous Improvement from daily activities and small steps. 8.2. Involved in New Product Introduction (NPI) and completes the relevant MDM template/s. 8.3. Monitors the budgets and explains deviations. 8.4. Draws up overviews and statistics (or instructs this to be done) and assesses/explains data to key stakeholders. 9. Team leadership 9.1. Leading team, set up role model for the team (Planning and warehouse & distribution) 9.2. Steer mid-term and long-term development strategy for the team, build up team competency. 9.3. Promote Supply Chain Specialty to the Organization, influencing and contributing to Plant Operations. Qualifications The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills & experience: 1. 7+ years’ experience in a supply chain management role (Planning/Warehouse/Inbound & outbound logistic) in the industry. 2. Min. 2 years’ experience in a leading role. 3. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistic, Business Administration or Economics. 4. Experience with MS Office, Access, SAP or other ERP/DRP/MRP functionality, better with SAP implementation experience (SD/MM module), APO Scheduling preferred. 5. Detail oriented. Extremely accurate and self-motivated. Ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams, strong and effective communication, and documentation skills. 6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, autonomous but a true team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills. 7. English and Chinese fluent speaker. Good written command of English. 8. Manufacturing industry experience is an asset. 9. Proven track record effectively leading.
