B2C Marketing Support Service – Market Research Support Conducting research analysis and prepare customized and montly reports on Category , Consumer Insights ,Market Overview 3. Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and organize market data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Generate reports and dashboards to present key insights to internal stakeholders. 4. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning, to provide actionable insights. 5. Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze B2B2C interactions and customer feedback to gain a deep understanding of end-user preferences, demands, and pain points. 6. Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced technology, including artificial intelligence and data analytics tools, to enhance market intelligence efforts. 7. Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to integrate market intelligence insights into business strategies. 8. Database Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of the market intelligence database, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for the team. 9. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 2. At least 7 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or related roles within the Packaging, Food, and Beverage Consumer industries. 3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
