our Tasks: 1,Takes part to the injection tool concept validation; 2,Coordinates tool design review meetings with regional tooling engineers, ensures that meeting minutes are recorded and shared with the team; 3,Follow up with tool shops and tooling engineers the List of open points are tracked and closed to keep tool timing; 4,Acts as technical translator between tool shops and POL tooling engineers to ensure all parties fully understand the design requirements; 5,Supports the POL tooling engineers to complete all documents from the Tool documentation process and updates directly into the global share point; 6,Takes part to the injection system definition; 7,Brings technical proposals in order to improve the project targets: Quality, Cost, Lead time; 8,Actively participates in the proposals and develop design guide line/innovation; 9,Is the main technical contact with the POL PD/toolmakers during the project life; 10,Proactively cooperates with tool purchasing team in cost definition; 11,Updates weekly all the POL lighting documentation; 12,Uses on a daily basis the department data base tools ( TCRD , FAC , Action plan, trial evaluation…) ; 13,Organizes and leads the Trial Preparation Meeting; 14,Is responsible for the Injection Tools trial and manages the needed actions in order to reach the Injection trials targets defined during the Trial Preparation Meeting, in accordance with the safety rules; 15,Takes part to the wash up meeting after the trial and the tuning loop, for the analysis and synthesis of the global results with the core team; 16,Updates the action plan (FAC) and displays the information to the toolmakers; 17,Is responsible for the tool transfer stage (Tool, Injection process reliability in relation with the factory specifications) from toolmaker factory to final destination; 18,Informs all project team members of any delays granting a minimum of 24Hours of notification from tool room; 19,Makes lessons learnt on his project (best practices / bad experiences) and communicate them to Expertise injection & tooling group; 20,Co-ordinates and ensures all raw materials are requested and delivered to the tool shops for tryouts in toolmaker factory; 21,Takes part to the customer initial samples parts validation (PPAP / PVS ….); 22,Updates the department data base (e.g. Raw material / shrinkage); 23,Follows the Division Quality system and Optimap procedures; 24,Participates and completes with Live video the OK to ship checklist with participation of plant personnel; 25,Uses the POL working tools available (quality procedures, Keops, Optimap, Optisup, …); 26,Participate to injection molding/tooling meeting (worldwide)
Your Skills: 1,Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2,5 +years of significant experience on thermo plastic/BMC injection & tooling field. 3,Be fluent in Written and Spoken English. 4,Dedicated soft wares/tools deep knowledge;
