Job Description：
89 Carry out application engineering activities to ensure that the engineering compliance is maintained while overall organization objectives
89 Work on engineering KPIs such as solution on-time delivery of engineering releases and engineering changes, technical quality complain solution etc.
89 Work with project team and lead the effort to analyze assigned accounts and co-develop proper TCS solutions to support BD and Sales function for increasing local market share
89 Develop and maintain trustworthy relationship with customer technical contacts in China Market


Job Requirement
What we look for
83 B.S./M.S. of mechanism engineering and/or automotive, 5 years automotive industry experiences, experience in application engineering/or technical sales.
83 Experience of Automotive engineering standards and methodologies
83 Skill of Customer Solution Selling Skills and Customer Relationship Management
83 Good in English speaking, writing, listening and reading
83 Fastener Background is a plus+




Preferred
83 Knowledge of automotive fastener application
83 Experience with local OEMs like BYD/ChangAn/Geely
83 Good presentation and organizational skills.
83 Experience of independently managing customer development from technical area.
