Summary 1. Managing and controlling the sub-supplier for on-site work packages throughout the project runtime (CW46 2024 – CW18 2026) for main line integration. (mostly weekends and holidays) 2. Managing and controlling the Sub-POM for on-site work packages throughout the project runtime (CW46 2024 – CW18 2026) for roof, hood and body side out new production lines. 3. Responsible for executing the mechanical installation mainly relating to the on-site work packages described by the VW scope matrix and scheduled by the coordinator. 4. Reporting the status and the cost according to the VW scope matrix to the coordinator. 5. Responsible for compliance with the applicable health, safety and environmental laws and controlling the supplier safety officers. 6. Controlling the sub-supplier’s logistic officer and machine park. 7. Align the production with the quality engineer. 8. Actively solve issues, and good team work. Primary responsibilities 1. Proactive leading of project-related decision-making within the core team Responsible for the organization of its working group and ensures the distribution of work between staff and him according to specialties and the load of each. 2. Support in cost negotiations with customers and suppliers 3. Project-related management of internal and external resources on-site. 4. Decision-making competency on all project-related matters on-site in consultation with the Project Manager and the Project Electronic Controls. 5. Support in drawing up bills of quantities for customer quotations on request 6. Support in drawing up bills of quantities and specifications for proposal requests on request 7. Responsible for technical coordination of the plant and machinery concepts (station content, special processes, system interfaces, …) with the customer, and on-time approval of them. 8. Ensuring communications between the departments, the core team, the supplier, and the customer on-site. 9. Ensuring preparation of the project and process documentation on-site. 10. Utilization and researching of known references (lessons learned) from previous projects 11. Responsible for the on-time product status and the data status on-site throughout the project runtime 12. Reviewing the health, safety and environmental requirements on-site 13. Responsible for site planning and coordinating the planning with the customer 14. Responsible for setting up and clearing the site 15. Responsible for meeting all health, safety and environmental and data requirements on-site 16. Responsible for sample installation on-site, and for its on-time acceptance by the customer (not in case of FOD) 17. Responsible for media supply to the plant on-site (not in case of FOD) 18. Induction of internal and external personnel on-site 19. Supports the PM in additional demand and change management on-site, and provides the PM with relevant data 20. Responsible for performance testing, and for its on-time acceptance by the customer 21.
