我们的客户是德国知名的企业，昆山的工厂生产车用的仪表板给德国客户在华的工厂。因记账外包，目前没有财务长。但工厂人数及规模已成长到必须自己建立财务部门或至少得有财务长的规模。因此我们寻找一位财务经理或财务长（新设职位）。
Key tasks:
61 Leading the Finance/Accounting in the production plant in Kunshan with 65 staff, responsible for the Finance, Tax, Compliance/Legal and act as Contact person for auditors, tax consultants and banks.
61 Report to the Managing Director in Kunshan (German 德国人).
61 Monthly Financial Reporting to Germany according to IFRS standards
61 Regular Web Meetings with CEO and CFO in HQ in Germany.
61 Responsible for yearly Budget planning and monthly Cost analysis: Analysis and reporting of the deviations between plan and real numbers, especially cost and margins.
61 Annual financial statements in cooperation with auditors.
Requirements:
61 Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
61 Accountant07s Certification for China preferred.
61 Familiar with IFRS as well as the KPIs for factories (manufacturing) and calculation of production cost for industrial products (automotive products preferred)
61 Fluent in Chinese at mother tongue level, fluent in English (oral and reading/writing). German knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.
61 At least 5 years07 experience as Accountant in manufacturing companies (factories)
61 At least 3 years’ experience as Chief Accountant or Finance Manager in (US or European, German preferred) manufacturing companies (factories) in China.
61 Familiar with ERP System and Accounting Software (Kindee) in China. Familiar with EXCEL.
61 International mind-set and experience with German work culture; team player; hands-on mentality; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
61 Integrity and loyalty to the company, interested in a long-term employment.
