Main Responsibilities: 1.Assist Sales Manager with customer management work, including but not limited to customer visit, project follow-up, quotation making, meeting and Demo PPT preparation and other assigned tasks. 协助销售经理进行客户管理工作,包括但不限于客户拜访、项目跟进、报价制作、会议及Demo PPT准备等其他交办工作。 2.Delve into Technology, Category, Customer Value, and become a technical consultant to customers and Sales Manager. 深入钻研技术、分类、客户价值,并成为客户的技术顾问和销售经理。 3.Actively explores the market to have an image on the sales potential; the same should be supported by market mapping/evaluation. 积极开拓市场,对销售潜力有清晰的认识;同时需要通过市场映射/评估做支持 4.Valued partner to the customers and work with the consultative sales approach mapping needs of customers and finding the right solutions. 作为客户的重要合作伙伴,采用咨询式销售方法,根据客户需求寻找合适的解决方案。 5.Maintain leads, create opportunities and keep an updated pipeline in CRM system & accurate OI forecasts. 维护潜在客户,创造机会,并在CRM系统中更新渠道和准确的OI预测。 6.Visit/contact customers regularly, attend exhibitions/trade shows/seminars, learn industry expertise and collect customer information. 定期访问/联系客户,参加展览/贸易展/研讨会,学习行业专业知识并收集客户信息。
Main Requirements: 1.Bachelor or above degree, technical or food related major is preferred. 本科及以上学历,理工科或食品相关专业优先。 2.1-3 years’ B2B sales experience with proved successful record is preferred. 具有1-3年B2B销售经验,有可证明的成功记录者优先。 3.Good English (especially speaking, listening). 英语听说要求。 4.Solid understanding of consultative & business value selling. 对咨询式和商业价值销售有深入理解。 5.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. 根据客户需求提供以客户为中心的解决方案的经验。 6.Motivated, goal oriented, aggressive, persistent, ambitious, passion and can drive for result; never give up mentality. 积极主动、目标导向、进取心强、坚持不懈、雄心勃勃、充满激情并能推动结果;永不放弃的心态。 7.A skilled in negotiation delivered with in a confident & persuasive manner with excellent listening skills.
