Job responsibilities:
1, Development of innovative electronics concepts for automotive customers in the field of front, interior and exterior lighting
2, Design and review of novel circuit modules and components in opto-electronic assemblies
3, Building prototypes and carrying out functional test for electonics design
4, Interface coordination with other disciplines like optics, mechnics and software development
5, In cooperation with customers and suppliers. Actively negotiates about solutions proposed to customers/suppliers with respect to company’s interests and requirements.
6, In cooperation with IP team to develop new technical solution and apply the Intellectual property protection for new product design
7, Actively communicates with experts inside and outside. Scouts for innovation opportunities, cost optimizations and actively participates in their implementation.
8, Provides technical support to new business development on request.
9, Following up costs and deadlines for the division on the basis of workflows, cost planning etc. in cooperation with the positions involved; recording deviations, suggesting improvements and implementing these in agreement with the supervisor

Job requirements:
1, Bachelor or higher Degree in Electronics;
2, More than 5 years’ automotive electronic hardware design and development incl. corresponding tooling skills (Altium SW). Additional know-how in rapid prototyping and some software programming skills;
3, Knowledge and experience in the field of electronics and system hardware development, knowledge of EMC-compliant design, experience in programming of MCU and FPGA is an advantage.
