Main Responsibilities : 主要职责: -Following the company procedures and process, provide administrative and office management. -Manage cleaning Ayi and cleaning area. 负责公司保洁阿姨及清洁区域的管理; -Responsible for office supplies but no limited to working meals, employee uniform, employee card and vehicle etc. 负责包括但不限于办公用品、工作餐、员工制服、员工卡和车辆等行政事务的管理; -Handling the related work for foreigners like work permit, visa application, apartment rental etc. 负责外国同事相关工作事项,如工作证,签证办理,公寓租赁等; -Management of the business trip related things and maintanence of related company account. 员工差旅管理,以及公司相关账号的维护; -Manage administration related bill checking and payment issue. 公司行政类相关账单核对及付款申请事宜; -Responsible for company meeting organization and arrangement. 负责公司会议组织和安排; -Employee activities organization and employee welfare arrangement. 组织员工活动、员工福利发放; -Responsible for the recruitment of operators. 负责生产部门蓝领员工的招聘工作; -Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 领导交代的其他事宜; -Have environmental and safety awareness, comply and implement actively with company environmental and safety guidelines, policies and objectives. 具备环境和安全意识,遵守并积极贯彻执行公司环境和安全方针,政策和目标。
Job Requirements 岗位要求: 1. Bachelor degree, major in English or Business English is preferred. 本科,英语/商务英语专业优先; 2. More than 1 years relevant work experience, preferable if has working experience in European enterprise. 1年以上相关工作经验,外资公司经验者优先; 3. English can be as the basic working language, including listening, speaking, writing. 优秀的的英语技能,包括听说写; 4.Good office software skills. 熟练应用办公软件.
