岗位职责：
1. Responsible for area 6S and safety.
负责本区域的6S管理和安全。
2. Organizes operation in the shift according to production plan.
根据生产计划合理的安排生产排班。
3. To receive and transfer the production information from last shift to next shift.
交接班，使用领班交班本形式，接收传递上下班次信息，同时检查各岗位交班本，并签字确认。
4. Settle all finished production daily report timely and save.
及时签字确认每个完成的生产报表，并存档。
5. To make sure that all employees follow Company rules and regulation and work instructions by employee dialogue, training, routine check and supervision.
通过对员工进行在岗培训，日常巡视和监督，确保员工了解并遵守公司及生产部制订的各项规章制度及操作指南，确保高效，安全操作。
6. Check the shelf life of RM and return expired materials in time. Assist inventory taking.
检查区域内物料有效期，及时退还过期和快过期的物料。协助盘点，确保区域内物料准确。
7. Assist inventory taking and participate the root cause analysis of difference. Responsible for execution of corrective measures.
配合每月材料库存盘点，根据盘点结果，参与分析差异原因的讨论，并落实整改措施。
8. Responsible for machine`s maintenance of Level Ⅰ.
负责一级设备维护和保养。
9. Responsible for discipline of operators, operating safety, LPA and conformity of process.
区域内员工劳动纪律，操作安全性，LPA及工艺符合性检查监督 。
10. To monitor the EHS and working behavior of operators so as to reach safe and qualified operating conditions.
监督员工的EHS和操作行为以确保安全和高质量的操作。
11. Responsible for safety, quality and efficiency management, need to continue to improve the performance.
对本区域的安全，质量和效率负直接管理职责，主动推动本区域绩效指标的不断改善。
12. Daily organize and lead the PPS team to surround the line issues, tracking the progress timely and effectively.
组织并主导本区域每日过程问题解决会议，及时有效地推动问题的解决。
13. To communicate with production supervisor actively and frequently so as to meet customer variable requirements by feedback information and adjusting production schedule timely.
积极主动与生产主管保持沟通，及时反馈生产信息，以便进行计划的调整。

岗位要求：
1. Technical degree or above
中专或以上学历。
2. At least 3 years molding manufacturing management experience, also need to include some skills that related molding process.
至少3年以上的注塑工艺现场管理工作经验，具备注塑工艺所需的各方面技能。
3. Good execution and responsibility
良好执行力和工作责任心。
4. Have the general computer skill of office work.
具备基本的办公电脑操作技能。
5. Good communication and can have pressure
良好的沟通能力和抗压性
6． Can accept run shift if needed
