1. 项目DFM过程策划/管理/控制/输出；
2. 客户文件转化并传输到内部，客户要求的报告准备；
3. 主持跟客户的内外会议, 维护客户关系,推进专案技术项目管理
4. 有对DFM专业技术理解与解释能力,能够胜任组织, 协调,推动X- funcation team 达成客户目标.
5. 能够快速沉淀DFM技术项目管理方法, 输出流程,制定DFM PM handbook
6.工厂内外部项目的主导, 与内部EPM/PE/PD/ME/DFM的工作对接, 及时高效处理影响新专案推进进度的问题；
7.协助品质客诉问题的接收与反馈, 处理并汇报客诉进度及工厂内部的对策导入追踪；
8.本科以上学历，工作经验3年以上(有A专案项目经验优先)，新机种专案开发品质相关工作经验；
9.有较强的逻辑思维及沟通表达能力强, 英语可作为工作语言，与国外客户正常沟通；
10.熟知电子类产品基本组装工艺流程(SMT/FATP)，有服务器产品经验优先，良好的相关材料和制程品质控制相关工艺知识、图纸解读和数据分析能力；
11.熟练的品质报告书写能力、较强的思维逻辑性，口头表达以及沟通协调能力和强的抗压性；
12.能长期海外出差
1. Project DFM process planning/management/control/output;
2. Transform and transfer customer documents to internal, prepare reports required by customers;
3. Presided over internal and external meetings with customers, maintained customer relations, and promoted technical project management
4. Have the ability to understand and explain DFM professional technology, and be competent in organizing, coordinating and promoting X-funcation team to achieve customer goals.
5. Can quickly precipitate DFM technical project management methods, output processes, and formulate DFM PM handbook
6. Led the internal and external projects of the factory, connected with the internal EPM/PE/PD/ME/DFM work, timely and efficiently dealt with the problems affecting the progress of new projects;
7. Assist in receiving and feedbacks of quality customer complaints, deal with and report the progress of customer complaints and import and track the internal countermeasures of the factory;
8. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience (A project experience is preferred), new aircraft project development quality related work experience;
9. Strong logical thinking and communication skills, English can be used as the working language, and normal communication with foreign customers;
10. Familiar with the basic assembly process of electronic products (SMT/FATP), experience in server products is preferred, good knowledge of related materials and process quality control, drawing interpretation and data analysis ability;
11. Proficient in report writing, strong logical thinking, oral expression, communication and coordination skills and strong pressure resistance;
12. Able to travel overseas for a long time
