Major Area of Responsibilities: 1. Identify and analyze requirement from Front line and provide solution for it. 2. Validate solutions and prepare related engineering drawings. 3. Handle mechanical listing BOM to ensure correct materials for non-standard orders. 4. Develop and optimize technical solutions to meet the continuously increased demands from customers. 5. Provide technical support for other teams. 6. Provide technical trainings for sub-ordinates and colleagues. 7. Assist department superior to implement, follow and execute ISO9001, EHS policy within the department. 8. Take the fundamental own project management for different related matters. 9. Have strong customer service mindset.
Competence & qualification requirements: Education Background: Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or Science, or equivalent Experience: Over 3 years experience in related field in elevator industry Skill & Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of elevator system technology and mechanical component design. Be familiar with AutoCAD, Creo, MathCAD, Experience with ANSYS, RFEM is a plus. Have strong communication skill, good teamwork spirit. Fluent in Written English. Coaching skill, LEAN/6Sigma experience will be a plus. Others: Self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility.
