Job Description: 1.Coordinates and manages customer relationships and performs direct customer contacts (requires frequent business trips) 2.Develops new business and recognizes future business opportunities 3.Calculates and quotes preparation for products, tools & services 4.Acquire new customers and projects 5.Cooperates and coordinates with sales management at PAT 6.Negotiate prices and conditions with customers 7.Represent Pollmann at the customer, exhibitions, automotive events or other events 8.Identifies/verifies new or changed customer requirements within the scope of the responsibility and passes information on to Quality Manager. (In cooperation with SM, DE, QE, and QM). 9.Introduces/trains the new or changed customer requirements within the scope of responsibility according to Quality Managers’ instructions. 10.Collect and analyse marketing and competitor information. Support marketing and strategy setting, and execute it accordingly. 11.Other assignment from superior. Job Qualifications: 1.University Degree or at least five (5) years related on the job experience 2.At least 5 years experience in Automotive Business (Sales or Marketing) 3.Knowledge about Sales and Project Management 4.Advanced Business English 5.Quality Management knowledge of IATF 16949 or QS 9000 and Quality Management core tools 6.Know how about the main production technologies 7.Computer knowledge SAP/R3, MS Office 8.Strong communication, negotiation and presentation ability with customers.
