4.Regular on-site visits to key customer operational sites and HQs.
5.Have responsibility for senior customer management and relationship management with key external customers.
6.Oversee NPI process to ensure no issues flagged by customer
7.Drive our manufacturing footprint / efficiencies / Engineering process to deliver quality product
8.Manage China RFQ process working closely to TW teams to win strategic business
9.Ensure our China skills are in place to deliver expectations (BM / EE / ME / NPI)
10.Own CRM process and develop strong ties with customer operational sites
11.Drive organization to be competitive / work with market analysis to ensure we have knowledge of our competition

Skills & Experiences:
1.Fluent in Chinese/English, English can be used as the working language;
2.Bachelor's degree or above, strong background in sales and business development and management, with over 6 years of work experience
3.Able to work independently and interact face-to-face with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
4.Excellent time management skills, able to complete tasks before deadlines
5.Attention to detail, analytical skills, self motivation, and a flexible and positive mindset
6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills
