Responsibilities:
- Developing and promoting EHS policies, arrangement and working practices to ensure full compliance with current legislation and effectively communicating to management and employees, contractors
- Organize EHS meeting to check company EMS’s status, establish and implement keys procedures, and provide corrective and preventive actions for improvement
- Coaching and assisting dept. to identify safety risk and provide corrective and preventive actions for improvement, monitor these actions are completed.
- Establish emergency response procedures and organize regularly drill yearly
- Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of Three Simultaneities safety facility, environmental facility and occupational health requirements for construction projects .
- The occupational health protection work.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the CDP rating system for Kunshan plant.
- Communication with local government.

Requirements:
- Experienced in EHS job in manufacture plant.
- Good knowledge of ISO14001&45001 management system.
- Hold safety qualified certification or National Registered Safety Engineer Certificate is preferred.
- Good communication and EHS management skill good team player in a cross functional team.
- Good organization skill to promote EHS activities and awareness for plant associates.
