Responsibilities: 1. handling of spare parts orders and communicate with customers 2. performing the internal and external documents turnover 2.1. SAP implementation in spare parts sales 2.2. Creating new documents and improvement existing documents 3. Regular reporting of activity (sales result, activities overview, etc) 3.1. Creating and regular updating reports. 3.2. Communicating with sales department, finance department and purchase department for regular reporting alignment
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering 2. Good skills in coordination, communication 3. Fluent written and spoken English 4. Good computer skills 5. Experience of work with Tetra Pak Equipment or Tetra Pak spare parts is plus 6.Russian language (written and spoken) is preferrable.
