About the job:
Responsible for the performance and output of the Quality Department

Set and follow up targets for the Quality Department, broken down from factory level

Comply with standards and requirements, set up and execute inspection plan

Coordinate the claim handling and follow up

Act as contact person for quality related topic with sales, product centre, or customer if needed

Interface with Production, Technical, Sourcing, Global Quality on quality matters and improvement activities.

What you know:
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
理工科本科学历或等同经历
Above 3 years relevant Leadership and Management skills
3年以上相关领导/管理的技能
Relevant work experience in quality function
质量相关工作经验
Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
有持续改善的经验，例如5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.GB认证尤佳
Project work experience
有项目管理经验
Marine Approvals / Marine Class society experience is strong benefit
海事认证/船级社经验审核经验优先
Fluent in English, written and verbally
