Project Manager, China WITOL®
Job Description：
89 Coordinate Witol China projects with interface to the customers and Witol global project organization in order to reach the released targets
89 Create project plans under consideration of the project goals and milestones
89 Plan / Manage resources, costs and necessary investments and prepare economic calculation with HQ controller accordingly
89 As Project Leader, conform WDP (Witte Development Process) to manager new projects development from “Start project” to “End Project Execution”.
89 As Change Manager, conform PCMP(Project change management process) to manage engineering change
89 Follow up the project plans, tasks and costs
89 Be prepared to present project states in the Gate Review/PSC meeting
89 Support for decision making and implementation of corrective actions
89 Support global sourcing team to identify potential suppliers, analyze supplier capabilities, select suppliers and determine prices, terms, and conditions of agreements in China region
89 Support to manage execution of RFI's, RFP's and RFQ's - ensuring all commercial terms are agreed and documented
89 Support sourcing activities with local suppliers for EU projects etc
Job Requirement
What we look for
83 Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering or business with a fine technical grasp
83 Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Automotive Industry
83 Minimum 2 years full-time project management experience and good understanding of technical products, customer's requirements and expectation
83 Experience of successfully managing at least one project through the complete development process, from RFQ to SOP.
83 Good understanding of APQP/PPAP Knowledge
83 NPD sourcing experience is a plus
83 Working in a responsible and independent way
83 Fluent in Chinese and English, German is optional
83 Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. MS-Project and Excel)
83 Data management capabilities
