Position Summary: This position is responsible for technical management of production, supervision and control of manufacturing and injection production processes. Ensures production processes meet organizational goals and customer needs.

Essential Functions:
61 Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
61 Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
61 Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
61 Monitor employee attendance and complete employee annual performance reviews.
61 Establish, maintain, manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure best possible productivity and minimal downtime.
61 Taking lead preventive and corrective actions to ensure minimum downtime
61 Maintain day-to-day safety and quality, monitor, prioritize workflow and production schedules.
61 Provide technical expertise and knowledge.
61 Continuous improvement in the productivity & other related areas.
61 Identification, review, correction of non-conforming products.
61 Implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949).
61 Reporting of overall functioning of operations to Supervisors.
61 Implement overall operations of works which includes production planning, in-coming, production and maintenance.
Required Education and Experience:
61 Major in Mechanical/Technical/Engineering or related professional experience preferred
61 5+ years of competitive field with production experience required
61 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
61 Strong organizational skills
61 Highly motivated and able to work independently.
61 Proven experience as manager
61 Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
61 Previous experience in injection molding
61 Experience in automotive field preferred
61 Strong work ethics, well organized, highly dedicated, motivated and able to work independently
61 Intercultural experience
61 Solid mechanical aptitude required
61 Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA, ISO9001, IATF16949 standards required
61 Ability to keep track of and report on activity
61 Strong team building mentality required
