主要职责:
1. Design mechanical structure of automotive part (most electronic and switch parts) including enclosure and internal structure/interconnection设计汽车零件（主要是电子和转换零件）的构造，包括附件和内部的结构/结构间的相互连接

2. Participate in identifying, planning, and developing conceptual designs识别，计划和开发概念设计

3. Calculate and simulate to verify the mechanical design, including strength analysis, tolerance chain analysis, etc.通过计算和模拟验证产品的构造设计，包括力的分析，公差链分析等

4. Make 3D models and 2D drawings制作3D模型和2D图纸

5. Provide technical specifications for outsourcing parts为外购件提供技术规范

6. Analyze and solve product problems for products in field分析和解决领域内产品的问题

7. Prototype testing and validation – demonstrate that design works as intended样品试验和测试

8. Interact intensively with internal team and external team内部团队和外部团队的沟通

9. Communication with customer/supplier to understand/clarify technical issues和客户/供应商沟通技术问题


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or equivalent

机械设计本科学历以上或同等学历

2. 5 - 7 years automotive mechanical design experience is required for this position5-7年机械设计工作经验

3. Advanced product design or application experience with focus in automotive part具有丰富的汽车行业元器件前期产品设计和应用经验

4. Excellent theoretical knowledge of mechanical design, including calculation and simulation skills丰富的机械设计理论知识，包括计算和模拟

5. Excellent skill to use CAD tools, such as CATIA or Pro/Engineer熟练使用CAD，如CATIA和Pro/Engineering

6. Good knowledge of material technology and manufacturing process熟知材料技术和制造工艺

7. Knowledge of engineering tools (QFD, FMEA, FEA, DOE.) will be plus掌握设计工具（QFD,FMEA,FEA,DOE）优先


8. Be proactive, take accountability and result-oriented积极主动，有责任心，注重结果

9. Good project management skills helpful有项目管理能力者优先

10. Good presentation and communication skills with strong focus at customers对客户具备良好的陈述能力和沟通技巧
