Job responsibilities：
89 Audit plant process based on CSOS，close the gap or update CSOS accordingly.
89 New process innovation and set up, also able to establish new process guideline.
89 Lead and support continues improvement in process to save process cost and increase the productivity.
89 Process capacity and process capabilities estimation to support new program quotation.
89 Prepare new program TR and review with customer, process introduction include FC/ PFMEA/ Poka-yoke/ Capacity etc.
89 Must be willing to support equipment runoffs, supplier/vendor audits, and visit other CSA plants when needed.

Background & Skills：
89 Industry related Bachelor degree.
89 7+ years experience related to auto engineering.
89 EPDM/ TPV extrusion and autoclave better to know very well
89 Good English skill, can read and write Email in English at least, better to have good English oral
89 Logical thinking, data analysis and problem solving skills is must
89 Understand PFC/PFMEA/WI/ Poka-yoke well.
89 Good knowledge of engineering drawing, familiar with drawing software
89 Good coordination to cross function team
89 Willing to travel if needed, Travel expectation 30%
