We are looking for an experienced FP&A Specialist to join our team, responsible for profitability analysis, financial statement consolidation for global subsidiaries, financial audits of overseas branches, tax compliance, and global consolidated audit and compliance. The ideal candidate should have an accounting or finance background, preferably with experience in a Big Four or accounting firm, and fluent English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
I Profitability Analysis
1. Perform in-depth analysis of revenue, costs, gross margins, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights for management decisions.
2. Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on profitability goals and provide recommendations for improvement.
II Global Subsidiary Financial Statement Consolidation
1. Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from global subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
2. Ensure all financial data complies with corporate standards and international accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
3. Prepare global financial reports for management to support analysis of overall financial health.
III Global Consolidated Audit and Compliance
1. Assist and support internal and external audits for each overseas branch, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
2. Prepare supporting documents required for audits and respond to auditor inquiries in a timely manner.
3. Implement and monitor audit findings to strengthen financial processes and internal controls at subsidiaries.
4. Monitor and report on global financial and operational risks to ensure compliance with governance requirements.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field; CICPA, AICPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a must, CIA preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related field in a sizable manufacturing company of MNC, with preference for Big Four or accounting firm background.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
4. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
5. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
6. Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
7. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
10. High level of professionalism and responsibility with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
11. Self-driven, detail and results-orientated with an ability to work well under pressure
12. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
