Job Summary: This role is essential for developing accurate demand forecasts, managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, and ensuring effective communication of forecasts and inventory estimations to senior management. The Demand Planning Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy, address demand-related issues, and support the overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the collaboration of the global Planning to derive synergy to deliver value to clients. Ensure demand planning activities are aligned with global strategies and objectives. 2.Develop and maintain effective forecast models in collaboration with key stakeholders, leveraging industry trends and demand patterns. 3. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and software tools to analyze historical data and predict future demand. 4.Effectively communicate demand forecasts, inventory estimations, and significant changes to senior management and relevant stakeholders. 5.Address demand-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in demand planning or a related forecasting role, preferably within the consumer goods or manufacturing industry. 3. Strong proficiency in MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills. 4.Solid understanding of supply planning and inventory management practices and procedures. 5.Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. 6.Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
