Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the project’s scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timeline. 2. Coordinate tasks within the project, ensuring that work is being carried out as per the schedule and that deadlines are met. 3. Efficiently manage resources across different areas of the project, optimizing use and minimizing wastage. 4. Monitor and track the project’s performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, also providing detailed reports as necessary. 5. Act as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries, effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders. 6. Troubleshoot project issues and come up with viable solutions to ensure the smooth and timely completion of the project. 7. Identify and assess potential risks and barriers that could affect the project, implementing risk mitigation strategies as necessary. 8. Oversee all project activities to ensure quality, making certain that all project outcomes meet the set standards and expectations. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required. Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable. 2. Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in MFG industry. Proven track record in coordinating project plans, managing resources, and meeting project deliverables on time and within budget. 3. Familiarity with project management software, tools, and methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. 4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate project goals, issues, and progress to stakeholders. 5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines. 6. Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues. Knowing risk management and quality assurance control is advantageous. 7. Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards project objectives. 8. High attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become problems.
