Spare Parts Order Handling and Customer Communication 61Process spare parts orders efficiently. 61Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding orders and inquiries. 2. Documentation Management 61Oversee the turnover of internal and external documents. 61Implement SAP systems in spare parts sales processes. 61Develop new documents and enhance existing documentation for improved efficiency. 3.Reporting and Coordination 61Prepare and regularly update sales reports and activity overviews. 61Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and Purchasing departments to ensure alignment in reporting. 4. Follow Line Manager Instructions and Line Measures 61Ensure compliance with the line manager's instructions and established line measures. 61Accept and complete any new tasks assigned by the line manager as per business needs. 任职资格: 1.Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering. 2. Strong coordination and communication skills. 3.Fluent in both written and spoken English. 4.Proficiency in computer systems and tools, including SAP. 5. Prior experience working with Tetra Pak equipment or spare parts is highly preferred. 6.Indonesian or other foreign languages is a plus.
