Responsibility: Administration support including shuttle bus coordinator, security & cleaners work arrangement, plants and work meal, drinks management, etc. Check and issue all the admin related monthly payments, such as, work meal, shuttle bus, security & cleaners, etc. Keep attendance record update everyday Maintain employee Annual leave, sick leave, etc. in time Summary overtime, make sure everyone’s OT record is correct Setting up and maintaining access/attendance systems Manage workers’ Uniform Other tasks which assigned by HR Manager, such as support company annual dinner.
Requirements: Bachelor degree at least 3 years admin experience in multi-international company Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and team work spirit Good command in both English writing and speaking Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
