工作职责: Responsibility主要工作职责 1. 根据竞品分析结果,客户产品类别等信息选择合适的产品规格说明书发送给客户并做记录。 Based on the competitive product analysis and customer product category information, select the appropriate product specification sheets to send to the customer and make a record. 2. 审核和接收由销售提交的客户试样申请单,选择合适的产品规格。按需求安排客户试机样品的生产备库,并做好下单记录。 Review and accept the customer sample application forms submitted by sales, and select the appropriate product specifications.Arrange the production and stockpiling of customer trial samples according to demand and maintain order records. 3. 对常规库存样品进行有效管理,确保其数量在合理范围内。及时补充库存中不足的样品。 Effectively manage routine stock samples to ensure their quantity remains within a reasonable range, and promptly replenish any samples that are in short supply. 4. 跟踪客户试机结果,及时获取客户的反馈信息,收集、整理并存档客户端测试报告。 Track the results of customer trials, promptly obtain customer feedback, collect, organize, and archive client test reports. 5. 根据质量检验结果编写并出具样品的检验报告,确保报告的准确性和及时性。 Prepare and issue the analysis report for the samples based on the quality inspection results, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the report. 6. 关注生产过程中出现的问题,与生产团队紧密协作,分析原因并提供高效的解决方案。 Monitor issues that arise during the production process, collaborate closely with the production team to analyze the causes, and provide efficient solutions. 7. 提供售前支持,解答关于产品的相关问题。 Provide pre-sales support and address any product-related inquiries. 8. 参与客户反馈问题的分析,与销售和技术服务团队合作,及时响应并解决客户问题。 Participate in the analysis of customer feedback issues, collaborate with sales and technical service teams, and respond promptly to solve customer problems. 任职资格: 1. 本科及以上学历,高分子材料或印刷造纸相关专业。 Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Materials, Printing, or Paper-making related majors. 2. 液体食品或包装材料行业经验优先。 Experience in the liquid food or packaging materials industry is preferred. 3. 良好的沟通与协调能力,能够处理不同部门和客户的需求。 Good communication and coordination skills, able to handle the demands of different departments and customers. 4. 良好的英语读写能力。 Proficient in reading and writing English. 5. 良好的组织和计划能力,能够处理多任务。 Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of handling multiple tasks. 6. 具备一定的数据分析能力,能够对客户反馈进行初步的整理和分析。 Possess some data analysis skills, able to make preliminary analyses and arrangements of customer feedback. 7. 客户导向思维,注重客户体验。 Customer-oriented mindset, emphasizing customer experience. 8. 基础的项目管理技能,确保各环节按计划进行。 Basic project management skills, ensuring each stage progresses according to plan.
