Position Summary: This position is responsible for technical management of production, supervision and control of manufacturing and injection production processes. Ensures production processes meet organizational goals and customer needs.

Essential Functions:
1.Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
2.Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
3.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
4.Monitor employee attendance and complete employee annual performance reviews.
5.Establish, maintain, manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure best possible productivity and minimal downtime.
6.Taking lead preventive and corrective actions to ensure minimum downtime
7.Maintain day-to-day safety and quality, monitor, prioritize workflow and production schedules.
8.Provide technical expertise and knowledge.
9.Continuous improvement in the productivity & other related areas.
10.Identification, review, correction of non-conforming products.
11.Implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949).
12.Reporting of overall functioning of operations to Supervisors.
13.Implement overall operations of works which includes production planning, in-coming, production and maintenance.
Required Education and Experience:
1.Bachelor in Mechanical/Technical/Engineering or related professional experience preferred
2.5+ years of competitive field with production experience required
3.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
4.Strong organizational skills
5.Highly motivated and able to work independently.
6.Proven experience as manager
7.Previous experience in injection molding
8.Experience in automotive field preferred
9.Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA, ISO9001, IATF16949 standards required
10.Strong team building mentality required
