Responsibilities:
Implement all orders execution in SAP and other systems properly.
Coordinate with cross-function, including supply chain, manufacture, packing, logistic to make sure to deliver goods and documents on time.
Responsible for all activities for IG orders, such as delivery reliability, cost saving, claim, shipping preparation based on individual contract articles with customer.
Detailed planning of the material and documentation flow based on the overall time schedule.
Responsible for operation manual making and print.
Report cash planning to controlling monthly for IG orders.
Lauching of measures for avoiding time delays in all locations by bottleneck management and priority.
Feedback to Application in time when certain cost with big deviation.
Coordinate clarify queries and solve urgent request from customer.
Manges activities support during erection and startup.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
More than 3 years related experience.
Prefer to commercial and technical background knowledge.
Systematic approach to complex problems.
Proficiency with MS-office and SAP skill.
Good command of English in spoken and written.
Easily establishes good relationships with customers and staff.
