Summary of Job Duties：
The Logistics Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the supply chain in Kunshan plant, This role involves managing planning, transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing management, overseeing the efficient movement of order fulfillment, planning, distribution, and storage of goods, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in excellent condition, coordinating with suppliers and customers, optimizing transportation and warehousing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibility:
1.Plan and optimize the logistics network, including planning strategy, inventory, transportation routes and warehousing solutions.
2.Effectively communicate demand forecasts, inventory estimations, and significant changes to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
3.Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the company’s business objectives
4.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics service providers, Oversee the selection of carriers and negotiate transportation rates and contracts
5.Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and safety.
6.Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence
7.Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback
8.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 8 years’ experience in planning, inventory management, transportation and warehouse etc.
3.Strong proficiency in MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
4.Solid understanding of supply planning and inventory management practices and procedures.
5.Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
6.Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
