岗位职责: 1 、Customer order, Intercompany order, check sales price, delivery date, delivery term and other special requirements from customer. 客户订单,内部公司订单和售后订单管理,销售价格,交货期,运输方式,客户特殊要求等确认。 2、Be responsible for the order entrance in IFS CN10 and CN11 system, order confirm and update to customer, shipment follow up, and the related communication with the other department. 订单在系统中的输入,订单确认给客户,出货跟踪和相关与其他部门的沟通。 3、Be familiar with intercompany markup based on different manufacture strategy and deliver term. 根据不同的制造策略和发货形式,熟悉内部公司之间的定价策略。 4、Freight cost and shipping mode optimization for customer. 为客户制定优化的运费和运输形式。 5、Provide sales quotation to customer timely. 及时的提供报价单给客户。 6、Customer orders production / delivery status follow up, ensure the shipment within the schedule. 客户订单生产/交付状态的跟踪,确保订单按照进度表准时发货。 7、Other tasks or duties as assigned and cooperate with others department positively. 部门直线领导安排的其他事务以及积极主动的跨部门合作支持
