Job description
1.做好每日生产产品的日常检查工作； Responsible for daily inspection of production products;
2.对使用的相关测量工具进行日常保养及维护，确保可以正常使用； Carry out daily maintenance and maintenance of relevant measuring tools to ensure normal operation;
3.生产过程发现不合格品及时的处理，无法处理及判定时向直接领导汇报； Timely deal with non-conforming products found in the production process, and report to the direct leader in case of failure to deal with and judgment;
4.每日检验记录表的归档； File daily inspection records;
5.监视和检查有关的质量问题，对异常部件或原料，执行规定的部署和处置； Monitor and check related quality problems, implement required deployment and disposal of abnormal parts or raw materials;
6. 按要求对产品进行x射线检查。
Perform x-ray inspection of products as required.
7.完成领导安排的其他工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
任职条件
Qualification
1、中专以上学历；
qualification above technical secondary school
2、2年以上质检工作经验，熟悉机加工产品的检验或汽车行业检验的优先考虑；
At least 2 years qc working experience, familiar with machining product inspection or auto industry inspection is preferred;
3、能熟练使用各种量检具（如：游标卡尺、千分尺、螺纹塞规、角度尺等）； Proficient in using various measuring tools (such as: vernier caliper, micrometer, screw plug gauge, Angle ruler, etc.);
4、掌握office办公软件的应用； Master office software application;
5、能接受夜班。 Can accept night shift.
